Marshalls Paving : A review of the UK's number one paving manufacturer

Marshalls paving is famous in Britain for quality and variety. Marshalls sell an excellent range of concrete pavers for patios and driveways. They also have a range of products for commercial projects. To compliment their paving Marshalls sell extras like driveway curbing, stepping stones, circle kits and other accessories. 

When I was a paving contractor, my first stop was always the Marshalls catalogue. It is filled with many paving patterns and different types of slabs and blocks. Marshalls was always reliable and well liked. On the one or two occasions I had a problem, the customer service was impeccable. It should be noted that the prices were on par with the other brands like Bradstone paving.

Catalogues can be found in local builders merchants or you can request one in the post. It is a recommended first step before you get a new driveway or patio. Bradstone paving and other brands like Top Pave and Etons also have catalogues. It is a good idea to get a few, but check which pavers your supplier keeps in stock. If your builders merchant doesn't stock a particular paver, they will be able to order it in but this will involve buying full packs.

Marshalls are very helpful and customer service orientated. They are happy to recommend contractors and have strict rules to determine which contractors they recommend as part of the Marshalls Register of Approved Contractors list. There are limited numbers of contractors in each area. Through these recommended paving contractors, Marshalls offers a full guarantee on work carried out which covers materials and labour. This means that if anything goes wrong, Marshalls will get it fixed.

Marshalls block paving pay cost a pound or two more than other brands per square metre, but it is really worth it for peace of mind. I always found Marshalls products very easy to get hold of. The only slight downside is the prices for their natural paving stone range.
